Welcome to Khmer RC! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Khmer RC. Khmer RC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services").

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, finishes, and fine details of our 1:18 and 1:64 scale die-cast and resin car models. However, colors or product appearance may differ depending on your monitor display and device settings.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any model at any time and may limit product quantities per customer or per household.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

When you place an order or pre-order deposit, you are making an offer to purchase. Khmer RC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Orders are not confirmed until processed. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Shipping & No-Return Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges unless expressly stated. You represent and warrant that payment information provided is true and correct and that charges will be honored by your financial institution.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping or customs clearance delays. All delivery times provided are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer of products to courier carriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, Cambodia Post).

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all brand logos, product photography, design systems, custom code, and software are owned by Khmer RC or respective manufacturing licensors (such as BBR Models, MINI GT, Kaido House, Ignition Model). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as live currency converters) which we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" without warranties of any kind.

If you submit collector reviews, feedback, or concierge model requests, you grant us a royalty-free license to publish and feature your feedback on our storefront.
