Vehicle Inspection Before Shipping
Before shipping, the seller will carefully inspect the car/model to confirm its condition and make sure it is properly packed for delivery.
Customers are encouraged to request photos or videos of the item before shipment if needed. Once the customer confirms the item and shipment is made, the order is considered final.
Damage During Shipping
Once the item has been handed over to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any damage, scratches, dents, broken parts, or other damage caused during transportation.
We will package the item carefully before shipping, but shipping-related damage is outside our control.
No Return / No Refund
Once the item has been shipped, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
